How to Play:
First, create your MINI EXPLORER with the peg person and felt shapes. Now, let’s take them on an outdoor adventure!
Roll the DICE to determine the direction you’ll travel. Roll again to discover the number of steps to take. Then use the COMPASS to travel in the direction for the amount of steps shown on the dice.
Once at your destination, choose an activity from the OUTDOOR VENTURE CARDS to help you explore the world around you. There are over 30 fun challenges to choose from including ways to use your senses and imagination, examine the details of nature or get practical and active outdoors.
Next, Try discovering a different viewpoint with your MIRROR.
Why not lie on your tummy and look under leaves or tall grass?
The NOTEBOOK & PENCIL are for recording your exploration.
What sounds do you hear? What shapes can you spot?
What can you sketch from the world around you?
Capture the textures you find using the BEESWAX CRAYON to make rubbings from nature.
Lastly, colour your biodegradable COLOUR-ME-IN STICKERS and use them to decorate your favourite spaces.
